  • Designed and led Lean Six Sigma Deployment for $2Billion high-tech manufacturing company operating in 6 countries, 3 continents. Trained 255 GBs, 116 BBs, Saved $27.4 Million over 3 years
  • Used DFSS/QFD/Designed experiments, trained and coached client team coordinating design of next generation, complex (17 modules) surgical device using 5 outside design houses on very short timeline. Met all cost/performance goals, device introduced on time, reversed decline in market share, returned client to market leadership and profitability
  • Over $22 million in savings in Utility Operational Excellence program
