Within this context, your mission in this role is to act as a highly effective leader, mentor and coach for all digital teams and IM, embodying a ‘can-do’ mentality and ensuring observance of ‘Definition of Done’ while leading and facilitating all scrum activities.

At all times you support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog, and you help the product owner to optimize backlogs and make them ready for the next sprint.
All of this demands the ability to shield the scrum team from outside distractions and interference, along with the ability to simplify complex situations and transform problems into opportunities.
